Shohei Arai Co-CEO
After serving as Head of Inside Sales at LegalOn Technologies, he founded Cquick Inc., an AI-driven inside-sales outsourcing and enablement company, supporting sales-org building and growth for 100+ IT companies. From 2023 he helped launch the Japan Desk of a local SaaS company in Indonesia, and founded AI Network Solution in 2025.
Hiroyasu Ito Co-CEO
He led digitalization and partner strategy at Dell Technologies and, as Senior Managing Executive Officer at TD SYNNEX, drove organizational reform across four divisions and 300+ people. He founded Earth Label LLC, which combines the strengths of freelancers and organizations to support corporate growth. As a representative of AI Network Solution he advances collaboration with overseas bases, and also serves as a director of the Shanti Volunteer Association and an adjunct lecturer at Okayama University.
Alvin Mariogani Director
A graduate of the University of Tokyo Graduate School. He has launched Indonesian subsidiaries for major Japanese IT and finance firms and serves as representative of several Japanese companies in Indonesia. As founder of the programming school “CODING FIRST,” he works on talent development, organization building, and Japan–Indonesia collaboration.
Santi Director
A proven leader with extensive experience across the IT and services industries—at vendors/principals, distributors and system integrators. She has worked at companies including Microsoft, Intel, CTC Indonesia (ITOCHU Techno-Solutions), Veeam and Techdata, and occasionally teaches and is invited as a guest speaker at Bina Nusantara University.
