These partnerships with local universities and institutions are the foundation of our hiring and training. We have signed an MoA (memorandum of agreement) with Sudirman University and have a track record of speaking and collaboration at other universities as well.

Starting from university partnerships, our people move through hiring, training (M365 / Azure) and team formation to join Japanese projects job-ready. Our training bases are Purwokerto and Jakarta.

Training base: Purwokerto

Purwokerto is a university city of about 200,000 home to several public and private universities. Using it as our hiring and training base alongside Jakarta’s business core, we balance talent supply with project delivery. We are also preparing to open a Bali base in FY2026.

Which universities and institutions do you partner with?

Starting with Sudirman University (MoA signed), we have a track record of collaboration and speaking with Telkom University, the University of Indonesia, SMK1 and others.

What kind of training do you provide?

Centered on the Microsoft domain (M365 / Azure), we provide hands-on training and certification support. Infrastructure work can be handled and taught online, so it is largely free of geographic constraints.

How is the talent you develop deployed?

We form teams around PMs and unit leaders who join Japanese projects job-ready, providing everything from management to hands-on execution.

Why develop talent in Indonesia?

Because we believe that developing outstanding Indonesian talent to a high level is a solution to Japan’s structural IT talent shortage. We deliver high-quality talent to Japanese companies while providing fair pay and careers.

Do you have training metrics (cumulative numbers, certification rates)?
