AI Network Solution Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) recognizes that protecting the information assets entrusted to it by customers, as well as its own information assets, from all threats is a key management priority. The Company hereby establishes this Information Security Policy, and its officers and employees comply with it and strive to maintain and improve information security.
1. Purpose
This Policy aims to appropriately protect the information assets handled in the Company’s business activities (Microsoft 365 Help Desk, tenant consolidation, Southeast Asia Go-to-Market, and SI for Japanese firms in Indonesia) from the standpoints of confidentiality, integrity and availability.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all information assets the Company handles and to all officers and employees of the Company and all parties who access the Company’s information assets (including subcontractors). It covers both the Japan base and the Indonesia base (PT AI Core Network Solution).
3. Information Security Structure
The Company appoints a person responsible for information security and maintains a management structure to preserve and improve it, implementing safety-management measures from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical and technical.
- Organizational measures: maintaining rules, clarifying responsibilities and inspecting operations
- Human measures: education and training for all employees and strict confidentiality obligations
- Physical measures: access control of work areas and theft prevention for equipment and media
- Technical measures: access control, identity management, protection against unauthorized access and log management
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company complies with laws, regulations and standards related to information security and with the security requirements in customer contracts. At overseas bases, it also complies with the laws of the country concerned.
5. Education and Training
The Company regularly provides information-security education and training to its officers and employees to improve their literacy and awareness.
6. Incident Response
If an information-security incident occurs, the Company works to prevent the damage from spreading and to recover promptly, investigates the cause and takes measures to prevent recurrence. Where customers are affected, it reports promptly.
7. Continual Improvement
The Company regularly evaluates and reviews its information-security management and continually improves it. It is advancing preparations toward certification of an information-security management system based on the international standard ISO/IEC 27001.
