Privacy Policy

AI Network Solution Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) recognizes the importance of the personal information it handles in its business activities. In compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”) and other applicable laws and guidelines, the Company appropriately acquires, uses and manages personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).

Article 1 (Definitions)

In this Policy, “personal information” means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the APPI—namely, information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by the name, date of birth or other description contained in it (including information that can be readily collated with other information and thereby identify a specific individual).

Article 2 (Acquisition of Personal Information)

The Company acquires personal information by lawful and fair means, through the following methods.

1. Entries in the inquiry or brochure-request forms on the Company’s website
2. Registrations for webinars, seminars and similar events
3. Business exchanges such as business-card exchange, meetings and email
4. Information provided in connection with job applications

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

The Company uses the personal information it acquires for the following purposes.

1. Responding to inquiries and consultations
2. Providing information about the Company’s services and sending proposals, quotations and the like
3. Operating events such as webinars and seminars and sending event invitations
4. Providing services, performing contracts and offering after-sales support
5. Analysis for improving services and developing new ones
6. Communications and procedures related to recruitment
7. Responses required by law

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

Except in the following cases, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.

1. Where required by law
2. Where necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult
3. Where cooperation with a state organ or the like is necessary and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to impede the performance of that affair

Article 5 (Outsourcing and Joint Use)

To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties (including service providers for form management, email delivery and the like), exercising necessary and appropriate supervision over them. The Company may also jointly use personal information with its group company (PT AI Core Network Solution) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties Overseas)

The Company has a base in the Republic of Indonesia (PT AI Core Network Solution) and may handle personal information there to the extent necessary to provide services and support. In such cases, it takes appropriate safety-management measures in accordance with the APPI.

Article 7 (Security-Management Measures)

To prevent unauthorized access to, and the loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of, personal information, the Company implements organizational, human, physical and technical security-management measures and continually improves them.

Article 8 (Use of Cookies, etc.)

The Company’s website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve convenience and analyze access. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

Article 9 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.)

If an individual or their representative requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or erasure of personal information, the Company will verify the individual’s identity and respond promptly in accordance with law. Please direct requests to the contact in Article 11.

Article 10 (Amendments to this Policy)

The Company may amend this Policy in response to legal revisions, changes in its business and the like. When making material changes, it will give notice on its website.
