Business 04 SI for Japanese firms in Indonesia
SI Support
For Japanese companies operating in Indonesia, wetake on “all of your local IT” end to end. Even without an internal IT lead, we cover everything from on-site and advisory work as your external CIO to Microsoft 365 operations, ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) builds and accounting automation with Power Automate—reporting in Japanese so HQ has full visibility into local IT.
Do any of these sound familiar?
PAIN POINTS
- Your local entity has no IT lead, so work halts every time something breaks
- Accounting, inventory and procurement run on disconnected tools and manual work
- Manual accounting effort—invoice processing, expense claims—keeps growing
- HQ has no visibility into local IT, so governance doesn’t hold
APPROACH
Our solution
As the “external CIO” for companies with no local IT lead, we take on local IT in an on-site and advisory role. From Microsoft 365 operations to unifying work with Dynamics 365 Business Central and automating accounting with Power Automate, we build consistently on the Microsoft stack. After rollout we provide ongoing help-desk support and ensure HQ visibility through Japanese-language reporting.

Frequently asked questions
We have no IT staff at all—can we still engage you?
Yes. The “external CIO” service is built for exactly that—covering everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to medium-term IT planning.
How is reporting to Japan HQ handled?
We report in Japanese, in a form that lets HQ understand the local situation.
Can we request only accounting automation?
Yes. The Power Automate accounting-automation agent can be deployed on its own, with ongoing help-desk support afterward.
Can you cover regions outside Jakarta?
Our bases are in Jakarta and Purwokerto. We consider other regions case by case—reach out with your location.
Can you also work with Indonesian local tools like Mekari?
Yes. We run the Mekari Japan Desk and can support configurations that combine local SaaS with Microsoft 365.
Can we contract with the Japanese entity?
You can contract with either the Japanese entity (AI Network Solution Co., Ltd.) or the Indonesian entity (PT AI Core Network Solution)—let’s align with your commercial flow.
Can a small local entity of a few people engage you?
Yes. We propose engagement models suited to your size, such as advisory (spot) rather than on-site.
