Yes—most engagements start at the market-validation stage before setting up a local entity. You can confirm traction with test marketing before committing to a full rollout.

Which country should we start in?

We recommend from the six target countries based on the fit between your offering and the market. Because we have our own base in Indonesia, support there can be especially hands-on.

How long until results?

It depends on the offering, but in practice some cases reached orders within two to three months of starting. We generally recommend a validation period of about six months.

Can you run webinars for us?

Yes. We run our own webinars regularly and can support everything from planning to promotion and operations.
