Working across both Japan and Indonesia, I have engaged with many companies and individuals. Through that experience, I came to feel strongly about Indonesia’s potential.

Indonesia has an abundance of talented people. Yet opportunities to gain experience working for Japanese companies or on global projects are still limited. I see this not as a matter of ability, but of opportunity. Given the right environment and experience, I am convinced that many of these people can deliver far greater value.

At the same time, advances in AI are transforming work that borders and language once made difficult—translation, knowledge sharing, standardization, automation, and more. That is precisely why now is the time to bridge Japan’s talent shortage with Indonesia’s potential and to realize a new model for IT services.
